Yes. We can assess the installation and the issue. Access, equipment, tasks and necessary resources are defined before the work is agreed.
Does an assessment certify the whole installation?
No. An agreed inspection or repair does not itself constitute a design project, a statutory inspection or a certificate of compliance.
Will replacing an extractor resolve any smell or damp?
That cannot be guaranteed. Ventilation may be involved, but the cause and operation of the wider system must be assessed first.
